Ingenious Tutoring Academy aims to provide supplemental instruction to close educational gaps of children to ensure they have a strong foundational platform to build upon for future learning. Supplemental Instruction is provided based on Common Core State Standards and Georgia Standards of Excellence. Currently, all tutoring sessions are provided in-person.

Reading
Reading is the gateway to the world and endless possibilities. It opens multiple opportunities and experiences. There are five stages of reading development and five elements of reading; Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary, and Comprehension.
Writing
Writing
Writing is an important means of communication. It allows students to express themselves and their thoughts in a constructive and structure way. We focus on utilizing correct grammar and creativity into the writing process and genre writing; narrative writing, informational writing and opinion writing.
Math
Math
Math is a cornerstone of technology. We help students understand the mathematical processes and concepts from across the four domains of math: geometry, number and operations in base ten operation, algebraic thinking, measurement and data; and apply the mathematics to real-life situations.

At our tutoring program, learning goes beyond simply meeting grade-level expectations. For students who are already performing on grade level, we provide engaging enrichment opportunities designed to deepen understanding, strengthen critical-thinking skills, and foster a love of learning. Through challenging activities, project-based learning, advanced reading and writing tasks, problem-solving exercises, and higher-level questioning, students are encouraged to think creatively and apply their knowledge in meaningful ways. Our goal is to keep students motivated, challenged, and continuously growing so they can build confidence, reach their full potential, and develop the skills needed for future academic success.

Tuition is due on Monday and can be paid weekly or monthly. A late fee of $25 will be assessed on Tuesday, unless Monday is a holiday. Tutoring prices and length of sessions will vary by age.
Flexible Tutoring is available upon request and availability. Flexible tutoring includes academic support, homework assistance, projects and/or test prep. ($45/hour)
Once tutoring contracts are signed, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Please Note: Tutoring contract will automatically renew at the beginning of each month, unless notified in writing or electronic notification (text or email) is received no later than the last Monday of each month.
Missed Contract Tutoring Sessions
We know that life happens, therefore missed tutoring sessions will be made up at the discretion of Ingenious Tutor Academy. Only three missed sessions will be prorated per year. Prorated price is $30
***Minimum Tutoring Contract: 1 month for all sessions!
Holidays
During the weeks of observed holidays, tutoring will be prorated, unless make-up days are agreed upon.
School Holidays or Breaks
School holidays and breaks will be observed. No fees will be charged during the school breaks/holidays. However, flexible tutoring will be announced and available during some school breaks . Flexible tutoring is separate from contract tutoring and must be discussed prior to breaks. During summer breaks, tutoring will only be available during June.
Observed Holidays
*New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the following Monday.
